It is my wish that these earrings, gold hoops with posts & three small pearl drops,will remind you, will remind all of us to respect, honor & celebrate the person we were, the person we are and the person we are becoming. 
 
It is so easy to be hard on ourselves.  One of the things that helps me stop my negative self talk is to ask myself:  "Would I allow my child, my dear friends, any of my loved ones to talk about themselves this way?"  The answer is always 'Of course not' I would help remind them of their beauty inside and out. I would help them be gentle with themselves as they make mistakes, learn & grow, perservere.
