Love this pair...the matte silver top parts of the dangle combines perfectly with the purple faceted crystal beads below it, which have an Aurora Borealis finish aka AB, which adds a lovely glint of iridescence. Voila! A magic mix!  (and a very very very long sentence:)
 
These qualify, in my opinion, as dinner earrings...in other words, too heavy for wearing all day, but ok for a couple of hours. (I have the same philosophy with shoes with a higher heels!)
